Kentwood Place proved to be extremely popular with prospective buyers; hundreds of people toured the community the first weekend it opened.  New releases were offered to individuals on a priority list basis because the desire to purchase actually intensified over time. An average of 42 people were signed up as potential buyers prior to the release of each phase. In fact, all 56 homes were sold just 15 months after the grand opening, an enviable sales pace in any economy.
It's not hard to understand the popular appeal of Kentwood Place. This vibrant townhome community with contemporary Craftsman style offered three exciting floorplans (1712 - 1958 sq. ft.) with up to 5 bedrooms, den, up to 3 baths and private 2-car garages. The community is tucked into a great little neighborhood off S. DeAnza Blvd, providing a location that fits the lifestyle needs of today’s families. Daily errands are easily accomplished with nearby shops and services; local restaurants feature cuisines from around the world and entertainment opportunities abound. There are four city parks, walking trails at the historic McClellan Ranch Park, hiking at Stevens Creek County Park and several golf courses within a short drive.  Owners will also enjoy easy access to major commute routes that reach Bay Area employment hubs. Add in the nationally ranked Cupertino School District as just one more aspect of its ideal location and the exceptional sales pace makes perfect sense.
Although Braddock & Logan has completed the sales phase at Kentwood Place, their commitment to the community continues. The company joined forces with Their Future is Now! – a partnership between the parent community, Cupertino Educational Endowment Foundation (CEEF) and the Cupertino School District to protect Cupertino Schools.  Braddock & Logan is proud to be an All-Star Partner in Local Education with a donation to Cupertino schools.
For over 60 years, Braddock & Logan has gone beyond industry standards to create homes of lasting value; putting quality into every home they build – in places buyers can see and in even more places they will never see.  At Kentwood Place, the company implemented their ECO+ program to benefit both the consumer and the environment. ECO+ stands for Environmentally Conscious Ownership and its goal is to save homeowners money while providing them with a home that has been built with environmentally conscious, sustainable building practices. Features that add extra value, comfort and quality like low-e dual-pane windows, low-use water systems, use of environmentally friendly refrigerants and low VOC paints are all part of the program. As part of the ECO+ program, the company also meets the green building standards of the non-profit organization Build-it Green? ( and the U.S. government’s Energy Star? ( program.
