KENTWOOD PLACE SOLD OUT IN 15 MONTHS

Kentwood Place proved to be extremely popular with prospective buyers; hundreds of people toured the community the first weekend it opened.  New releases were offered to individuals on a priority list basis because the desire to purchase actually intensified over time. An average of 42 people were signed up as potential buyers prior to the release of each phase. In fact, all 56 homes were sold just 15 months after the grand opening, an enviable sales pace in any economy.
