After you have signed the purchase documents, your Community Sales Representative will contact the Design Studio selected for your community. The Design Studio will be given your name, address, contact numbers and a summary of any builder options you have selected.

The Design Studio will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your design appointment. Many homebuyers complete their design selections in just one meeting, but this will vary depending on the size of your home, the number of options available, and the stage of construction of your home.
