In the event of an emergency, if you have called the number of the subcontractor, and the subcontractor has not responded within 30 minutes, call Braddock & Logan's After Hours emergency number 925-667-7976. Leave a message describing the nature of the problem, your community, lot number and address. An authorized Braddock & Logan Representative will call you at the earliest opportunity and provide further instructions to you. Braddock & Logan maintains Customer Service personnel skilled in handling emergencies on call for after hour emergencies. This is not a 24 hour response line, but will provide extended hours of service. Do not use this number to report ordinary warranty claims or during regular business hours. |
